The customers could ask for our availability pointing out their personal data and the exact number of the days of their stay.
The answer (both negative and positive) is given within and not over seven days from your demand.
If the result is positive, you could confirm your booking filling in the "reservation form" in all of its parts:
- by internet (Booking ON LINE)
- by E - MAIL (prenotazioni@campingriver.it)
- by FAX or MAIL downloading the Acrobat PDF™ document or asking for it to our booking office.
The payment, equal to 50% of the total amount, could be made by money orders, banking credit transfer, credit card. The booking will be confirmed only after having received the deposit within and not over 7 days from the date of the booking confirmation. Once that the deposit is received you will be sent a letter of confirmation

Office openings time during the winter: MON - WED – FRI 10.00 - 13.00 / 15.00 - 18.00
Office openings time during the summer: every day: 8.30 - 13.00 / 15.00 - 23.00

Conditions: In the price of the bungalows are inclusive: people, lighting, gas, car parking.
Some pillows, blankets and crockery complete the furniture The linen (sheets and pillowcases) is not inclusive, it is possible to rent it paying €22 pro week. The heating will be calculated according to the consumption. You can rent the bungalows from Saturday to Saturday in the average and high season. The day of your departure you have to let the bungalows free before 10.00 a.m. At the beginning of your stay you have to pay €25 for the final cleaning. The day of your arrival the delivery will be made after the 4 p.m.

Booking formality: The bookings will be accepted in low season for a minimum of 3 days for the tent places and the lodgings and for a minimum of 5 days for the tent places and 7 days for the lodgings in high season.

• by phone in the booking office during the time destined to such service.

When your Form is received, the booking office will answer to you confirming your demand (according to the availability) and formulating the estimate with the relative demand of the deposit.
Within 10 days the deposit-equal to the 50% of the total stay- has to be versed in the following ways:

The booking is confirmed, only and exclusively after the reception of the deposit.
You will receive to title of confirmation the booking number, in the ways that you pointed out.

Resignation/Notice
The notice has to be done in writing 30 days before the reserved period, within such term the customer will receive the total restitution of the versed amount.
After the 30 days the Direction will keep the total paid deposit. If the stay will be resigned within the 15 days that precede the booking, the Direction can pretend the payment of the remainder 50% of the stay.

Assignment of the availabilities
The camping will keep in mind the preferences pointed out by the customers, but such demands won't be binding and the customer will accept the place that the camping will have destined them. In booking the indication of the number will be approved by the Direction, but it won't also be binding.
The Direction can modify without notice the demands however guaranteeing the assignment and the same typology.

Departure in advance/ Arrival on delay
The booking- even if not entirely enjoyed because of the delay of arrival, the departure in advance or of missed entry- will have to be paid totally.

Guest reception and availability
Guests reception and check-in from 08,30 a.m. to 21,00 p. m .
The lodgings will be at customers’ disposal from 16,00 to 21,00 p.m. the day of the arrival, and have to be let free within the 10,00 a.m. the day of departure.
In the price of the lodgings are inclusive: people, lighting, gas, car parking, swimming pool and animation services. Some pillows, blankets and crockery complete the furniture. The heating will be calculated according to the consumption. The cleaning of the Bungalow will be debited according to current price-list. The laundry (sheets and pillowcases) is not inclusive and you will be debited every time that you ask for another one. The tent places will be available to the customers from 12,00 a.m. to 21,00 p.m. the day of your arrival and they have to be let free within the 10,00 a.m. the day of your departure.
In the price of the tent places are inclusive, the consumptions of hot water in the showers and in the wash-basin, the use of the swimming pool and the animation services, the electric energy consumption to a maximum of 2 Ahs, the surplus will be calculated to service.
The assignment of the boat places at the mooring will be decided by the direction. The towing and the launching of the boats will be possible every day from 09,30 to 12,00 a.m. and from 15,30 to 18,30 p.m.
In the case of need of electric energy use , it is necessary to preventively ask for it. The price of launching and towing with crane is defined on the current list. It is not absolutely allowed to use the slide with proper means, without especially authorisation from the Direction.
